Your data in question may be stored at VTC Health Services Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company for up to 1 year if your job application is not approved, or for up to 10 years after you leave the workplace if your application is approved.

Your personal data mentioned above is processed for the following purposes for the performance of the Service Agreement:

The personal data in question are included in Article 5 of the Law;
- “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations”,
- “Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.” ● “Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.”
Based on legal grounds, your data is processed by automatic means (for example, automatically sending it to our system on the internet) or non-automatic means (for example, noting down information you have provided to us on the phone).

Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement authorities upon request for the resolution of legal disputes or in accordance with relevant legislation.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights stipulated in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law to VTC Sağlık Hizmetleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi in writing, in accordance with Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller,” or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller’s system.
